I would like a ticket to St. Louis

This idea is long overdue here. I think the airline industry has been too strong in killing it in the past.

An over 100mph train would make sense between many US cities. It's not just keeping-up-with-the-Jones in the world competition but most of us know about high speed rail in Japan and France.

I didn't know about China before I read the whitehouse.gov blog. Here's a piece:

"...China, where service began just two years ago, may have more miles of high-speed rail service than any other country just five years from now..."

I would use it for Chicago to St. Louis.
